Welcome!
I’m Dr. Zachary Trevino, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I am a West-Texas native who proudly services the community of Lubbock with a focus on couples counseling. Additionally, I also provide virtual mental health services to residents of Texas.
As a relationally focused counselor, I am passionate about helping couples achieve lasting and sustainable change. I know first-hand the fear that comes with seeking out help, but have also experienced the healing and empowering influence of asking for help. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life who have endured various challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, infidelity, and premarital counseling.

During your initial therapy session, we'll establish a connection and discuss your needs and goals. We'll address confidentiality, boundaries, and the therapy process, ensuring your comfort and understanding. Together, we'll collaborate on strategies and approaches tailored to your goals. I believe the most successful treatment is when I partner with all clients in the therapy room by coming together and working collectively towards the change you desire.

There are a variety of approaches to therapy, but I believe the relationship with your therapist is the most important factor in the therapy process. Thus, I do my very best to ensure that you will feel safe with me and that as your therapist, you feel like we are a good fit. One way I do this by routinely checking in on your progress and your experience in therapy and adjusting and accommodating accordingly to provide you the best personalized care.
